Pro Dent Reviews

I high recommend Pro Dent, Jason, the owner, and his team did an OUTSTANDING job on my car. The are very professional. If they can’t do the job they will tell you in advance, which made me feel comfortable using them. I have a 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat, which is my show car. I am extremely protective of my car but they made me feel comfortable and I’m glad I went with them. They saved me thousands of dollars. I was hit in the right rear quarter panel in the Publix parking lot, of course it was a hit and run. Thanks again to the entire team of Pro Dent. Job well done!

Great guys and great work! My poor little RAV4 was beat up by a hail storm and the guys at ProDent fixed all the dents without issue. Came back from vaca to a beautifully restored, clean car Thank you so much!

Had a huge cave in dent in side of my truck bed from cutting in the garage to sharp. The Pro Dent team did amazing work. You’d never know it happened now.

Guys at Pro Dent were awesome. I will definitely be using them in the future should the need arise and be recommending them. Fair Price quote and they explained everything clearly and had some time so they went ahead and took care of the damage while I waited. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I was so happy with the final result. Nice to see techs that still care about the little details and making sure you are happy before you leave.

They did an amazing job on the car which was pretty bad from running with a deer. You can’t tell anything happened. Also the communication with Jason with getting things set up, insurance adjust, etc could not have been better. Very responsive. Top notch customer service.

Very kind and professional people. The owner, Jason, went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this company.

Pro Dent in Hoover does awesome work! They are honest and highly skilled! I had been told by a highly reputable body shop that it was impossible to repair this dent without bodywork and painting. Pro Dent fixed it perfectly in one day. I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and leave my car a week for bodywork and paint job. I recommend them highly.

They did an awesome job at fixing a dent on my Mustang. You can’t even tell that there was a dent. They worked fast and was very friendly.

Had a dent in my Tundra tailgate right at the top above the handle and thought it was not possible to get out. Jason was even skeptical when he saw it. After about an hour of heating and massaging it, the dent is no longer visible. Price was great compared to a body shop. Customer service was even better. I would definitely recommend to anybody that has a troubling dent!

Some jerk dinged my new Tacoma with his door hard enough to dent it about the size of a quarter. Called another paintless dent fix guy that came up #1 on Google, and he didn't have time for me. Called Pro Dent at 10 am, and I'm writing this review with my dent fixed at 12:45pm the same day. Great service, fair price, and nice guys.

Pro Dent helped me out big time!!!! I just purchased my New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport and we had a short but devastating hail storm 2 weeks ago and my Jeep received a lot of damage. Adam at Pro Dent worked with my warranty company and poof my Jeep was fixed in under 3 hours!!! Amazing, impressive, and wonderfully professional. These guys are the gold standard, don't hesitate to let Pro Dent take away your dent and ding headaches!!!

Amazing, fast, and quality results. Fixed a dent in my quarter panel in under 30 minutes in my 15 Civic Si and the dent is completely gone, light does not show it. Perfect, and very impressed. Josh Davis has earned all my business.

Got a really nice set of dings in my 3 week old outback. Jason fixed it up like new. Was amazing to watch how this process works. He was super nice and explained what he was doing and why. He really rocked it. Since I know there are dings in my future, he's the guy I'll be calling!!

Extremely pleased with Pro Dent, did an amazing job repairing a dent that he thought was not gonna be possible. Great communication, came to my work, and worked with me asap! Had it looking great in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended and will use again!

Jason and Adam are miracle workers. Someone put a deep, sharp dent in the passenger door of my Honda Accord. After I tried to use suction cups to pull the dent out, I called the professionals. They were not sure they could get it out but wanted to try. Adam worked the dent for an hour and it disappeared. Adam is an artist and expert at his craft. I would use Pro Dent again and highly recommend them.
